Our NexoPlanner SMS program provides internal ticket notifications to participating employees. Administrators receive new-ticket alerts, and technicians receive alerts for tickets assigned to them. This program does not send marketing messages.

Enrollment requires your express consent. Participation is voluntary and is not required to use NexoPlanner.

Message frequency varies based on ticket activity. Message and data rates may apply.

To unsubscribe, reply STOP to any program message. You may receive one confirmation of cancellation; further program messages will stop.
